Stephanie Attard is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Her yoga journey began right here in Caledon East in 2019. After her first Ashtanga class, she was inspired to devote herself to a regular vinyasa practice with her teacher/ mentor.
Health, Fitness and Wellness have been woven into Stephanie’s life since she began working out at age 15 and teaching aerobics classes between ages 17-19.
Stephanie is also a Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and Certified Holistic Nutritionist.
Her knowledge, guidance, and compassion are integral tenants of her teaching style.
Stephanie seeks to share the same passion she embodies for yoga, mindfulness and breathwork with her local community.

Class Descriptions
Winter Schedule (January - April)
Mondays: 8:00am
Hi/Lo Flow - A vinyasa class for ALL levels. Modifications and alignment cues for beginner and advanced practitioners. Hi/Low will help you advance your flexibility, resilience and vitality, and practice traditional asanas that move with the breath.
Thursday: 7:45pm
Restorative Yoga - A vinyasa class for ALL levels. Modifications and alignment cues for beginner and advanced practitioners. Hi/Low will help you advance your flexibility, resilience and vitality, and practice traditional asanas that move with the breath.
Fridays: 8:00am
Detox Super Flow- A progressive flow; adds poses on with vinyasas in between asana holds. Strengthening, invigorating and elevating, Detox Super Flow has modifications for all levels to enjoy this cleansing practice
Saturdays: 11:00am
Ashtanga - A vinyasa flow with a set of series of poses. Intermediate with modifications for beginners.
