Karina Rigato, a certified fitness and nutrition professional and mother of two, is on a mission to help women prioritize their health. With a passion for fitness, Karina shares her transformative health journey, emphasizing the shift from a focus on weight loss to holistic well-being.

 

Recognizing that there's no one-size-fits-all solution, she provides practical tips to make the health journey accessible. Karina's approach includes intermittent fasting, mindful eating, HIIT, and strength training. She emphasizes consistency, sustainability, and goal-setting, encouraging others not to give up and start their wellness journeys.

 

Through her experiences, Karina inspires women to reclaim their bodies and embrace the transformative power of perseverance in achieving lasting health and fitness results.

Class Descriptions

Winter Schedule (January - April)

Tuesdays: 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Upper Body Strength & Conditioning - Incorporating an interval training format, class begins with a 5-minute warm-up, followed by 45 minutes of full body strength and cardio exercises, focusing on chest, triceps, and shoulders. Class ends with a 5-minute cool down. Modifications and low impact options will be provided. Take an hour to feel strong and re-energized!

Thursdays: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Back & Biceps Strength & Conditioning - Incorporating an interval training format, class begins with a 5-minute warm-up, followed by 45 minutes of full body strength and cardio exercises, placing emphasis on back and bicep muscle groups. Class ends with a 5-minute cool down. Modifications and low impact options will be provided. Take an hour to feel strong and re-energized!

Saturdays: 9:30am - 10:30am

Lower Body Strength & Conditioning - Incorporating an interval training format, class begins with a 5-minute warm-up, followed by 45 minutes of strength & cardio exercises with a focus on lower body muscle groups - it’s leg day! Class ends with a 5-minute cool down. Modifications and low impact options will be provided. Take an hour to feel strong and re-energized!
