Reiki healing effects are meditated by channeling the Universal energy. It is the life force energy that most believe surrounds us all. Reiki is a safe and natural method of spiritual healing that everyone can benefit from. Benefits: Relieves stress Boosts mood Relieves depression Enhances quality of life Relieves headaches Relieves tension Relieves nausea Aids in better sleep Reiki healing is intended to help the client de-stress and relax, heal physical and emotional pain. In a session, the client lays down on a massage table, fully clothed. Rose will lightly move her hands around and above your body working with mantras and blessings to clear the energy and increase the flow. During your treatment, you may experience heat, tingling or a sensation in your body. For the most part there will not be any talking during the session. But you can feel free to share with Rose what you are experiencing during your session. Rose also likes to place crystals on or around your body during the treatment. Crystals can have a calming and healing effect and work wonderfully well with Reiki.
