This New Moon Ceremony will include Somatic Breathwork, Sacred Cacao & Sound Healing to help you disconnect from the outside world, be still, and become one with yourself and nature. Anchor in the energy of the New Moon by using Somatic Breathwork Therapy to bring up, break up and break away from thoughts and emotions that no longer align with who you TRULY are. Sacred Cacao will be served and is a deliciously heart opening drink that brings oxygen into the tissues to facilitate a deep physical and emotional release. Sound healing tools clear, charge and align energy meridians in the body and soul with soothing song.
