Service Description

Incorporating an interval training format, class begins with a 5-minute warm-up, followed by 45 minutes of full body strength and cardio exercises, placing emphasis on back and bicep muscle groups. Class ends with a 5-minute cool down. Modifications and low impact options will be provided. Take an hour to feel strong and re-energized!
